簡要規則描述：為進一步貫徹實施《上海市垃圾管理條例》，******街道轄區內沿街******街道轄區的沿街商鋪垃圾分類日常檢查、上門對分類垃圾進行收集、定點清運，同時做好垃圾分類相關政策的宣傳工作等。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書） ? ? ? ? ? ?

Brief Specification Description:?In order to further implement the Shanghai Municipal Regulations on Waste Management, comprehensively establish a full process classification system for household waste, strengthen the management of waste classification sources, promote the development of green and sustainable areas in the jurisdiction, and carry out the rectification of waste from shops along Dongming Road Street by 2025, with a total area of approximately 378953 square meters for cleaning and disposal. The main content of this project is to select a supplier to be responsible for the daily inspection of garbage classification in the street shops along Dongming Road Sub district, collect and clear classified garbage at designated locations, and promote relevant policies on garbage classification. 合同履約期限：本項目采購預算所涵蓋的服務期限為2025年06月01日起至2026年05月31日。本次采購工作完成前由原服務單位繼續履行服務，在此期間所產生的相關費用，待項目采購完成后由成交供應商按成交價折算支付給原服務單位，費用按成交總價/365*原單位服務天數計算。 ? ? ? ?

The Contract Period:?The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026. Before the completion of this procurement work, the original service unit will continue to provide services.
