（1）全封閉系統，運行過程中無碎屑飛出設備；
（2）液壓缸活塞需鍍硬鉻。涉及摩擦部件采用耐磨材料制成，并可以更換，保證較長的使用壽命和耐久性；
（3）主油泵采用軟啟動器進行啟動；
（4）其他技術參數詳見招標文件技術附件。

2. 交貨地點和交貨時間：
交貨地點：CIF 柬埔寨，西哈努克港
交貨時間：中標通知書發出之日起5個月內具備賣方工廠交貨條件
3. *凡確認投標的投標人請登錄寶華智慧招標共享平臺，務必在開標前注冊為其會員并通過年檢以獲得投標資格，中標情況將在寶華智慧招標共享平臺公示。

4. 購買招標文件時間：2025年04月16日起到2025年04月23日止。
5. 招標文件售價：招標文件英文版及中文版一套（電子版），若中文和英文版有沖突以中文版為準。
500.00元人民幣或80.00美元整。
招標文件均按標段進行計價出售，投標人成功購標后，自行下載招標文件和投標文件模板。招標文件一經售出不得退還。
6. 投標截止時間和開標時間：2025年05月12日10時00分（北京時間）。投標人應于投標截止時間前在寶華智慧招標共享平臺成功遞交所有電子投標文件。
7. 開標方式：一步法。

9. *對投標人的資格要求：
（1）未被國家企業信用信息公示系統(******)列入嚴重違法失信企業名單;
（2）未被“信用中國”網站(******)列入失信被執行人名單;
（3）投標人應具有與招標設備相當的同類廢料打包系統設備的供貨業績，且所提供的同類設備在兩片鋁罐產線中有成功的投運實績不少于3條。
