③ The bidder shall have sales performance for similar products in two different years within three years from the bid opening date. Copies of the contract / purchase order evidencing its sales performance or Certifications from Enduser should be provided and signed or sealed by the Bidder;
(3)The bidder whose product origin is within the territory of the Customs must be the manufacturer (agent bidding is not accepted)
(4) The bidder has not been suspended or cancelled the bidding qualification by petrochina Tendering and Bidding website (******). (According to the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Dishonest Behavior of Bidders of China National Petroleum Corporation Limited, the bidder's bidding qualification shall be suspended for half a year if the dishonest score reaches 8 points; The bidder's bidding qualification shall be suspended for one year if the breach of trust score reaches 9 points; The bidder's qualification for bidding is suspended for two years after the breach of trust score reaches 10 points.
